30-Day Return Policy

Upon review, we will send you a return label for the process.

Return Process

  2. Review and Label: After reviewing your application, we will provide you with a return label for the shipment.
  3. Return Shipment: Ship the items back to us. Please ensure:
    • All accessories are included.
    • Items are in their original packaging.
  4. Inspection and Refund: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Quality-Related Issues: If the return is due to quality-related problems or incorrect items received, we will cover the shipping fee.
  • Non-Quality Related Issues: For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the specified requirements.
